NAR Asks Supreme Court to Protect Consumers from Lawsuits When Making Floor Plans of Their Homes

NAR filed an amicus brief with SCOTUS to try to protect consumers from a circuit court ruling that would allow lawsuits to be filed against homeowners who make or display floor plans of their homes.
